First-Time Purchase Guide

If you are buying a GK statue for the first time or starting to collect anime characters, please read the following guide to help you understand the resin statue and shopping process.

What is GK Statue?

GK is the abbreviation of Garage Kits/ガレージキット usually means the original figures made by the designer. The main material is the resin which material can perfectly present the details. So statues made with this material have become the player’s preference. 


Understanding the status of products on our website can help you make informed purchasing decisions. Here’s a quick overview of the status of our products and what they mean to you:

Early Bird

  • Early Bird: This is a special status for new product and we are offering the opportunity to grab it before the full information is released by the official studio. As a reward for ordering in the early bird stage, the website usually sets a lower deposit price so that collectors can snap up a limited number of places, and the full payment is usually TBD (to be decided); wait until the studio officially announces complete product information The website will be updated later.

Pre-order

  • Pre-order: refers to the stage of a product that is publicly available for pre-order. This means you can place an order before the product is officially released and ensure you receive it as soon as it becomes available.

Pre-order Closed

  • Pre-order Closed: After the pre-order period ends, the product moves to this state.
    • Orderable: The product can still be ordered, but it may not be available for immediate shipping.
    • Contact for current price: Prices can fluctuate based on demand and supply; please reach out to us to get the latest pricing information.
    • Out of Stock: The product is currently not available, but you can sign up to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Released

  • Released: The product has officially been launched and is now available for purchase.
    • In Stock: Our warehouse is stocked, and these products are ready to ship.
    • Contact for current price: For the most accurate pricing, please contact us as market conditions may affect prices.
    • Out of Stock: Occasionally, popular items sell out, but you can place a backorder to secure your item on the next shipment.

Abandon Production

  • Abandon Production: These products are no longer being made. If you see something you like, act fast, as these are only available while supplies last.

Full Payment (Super Sale):For some rare statues, it is almost impossible to order again. Clients will commission us to find a stock of these statues (usually products from other collectors that have been displayed but are not damaged);
We will inform customers of the status of the product and provide customers with quotes from the secondary market. Everything depends on the customer’s choice. After the product arrives at the warehouse, we will check it for the customer and take photos for confirmation before sending it out!


Release Date

Please note that product shipping dates are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. These estimated dates are based on the best information we have from our conversations with the studio. These changes depend on the studio’s progress.

Our shipping dates may differ from studio release dates, please consider the shipping time for the product to arrive at our warehouse.

* Since arrival dates for pre-order products are only estimates and may be affected by events beyond our control, we do not recommend purchasing pre-order products for birthdays or other special occasions.


Ordering Steps (Early Bird/Pre-Order)

  1. Browse your favorite products.
  2. Select “Deposit” or ” Full Payment”.
  3. Enter the checkout process
  4. Fill in your delivery address and contact number correctly
  5. Choose Paypal or credit card payment to complete the order
  6. When the product is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and take a photo to confirm with you, and provide you with an invoice for the final payment and freight (if applicable).
  7. Complete the payment after receiving the invoice for the balance payment and freight. Then just wait for the product to arrive

Ordering steps (Pre-order Closed/Released)

  1. Browse your favorite products.
  2. Select “Full Payment”.
  3. Enter the checkout process
  4. Fill in your delivery address and contact number correctly
  5. Choose Paypal or credit card payment to complete the order
  6. When the product is ready to be shipped, we will contact you and take a photo to confirm with you, and provide you with an invoice for the freight to pay
  7. Complete the payment after receiving the freight invoice. Then just wait for the product to arrive

When you look at pre-order statues posted on our website, you will always see the options “Deposit” and “Full Payment”.

“Deposit” means you ensure that one of the GK statues will be yours when completed at the lowest possible price. We will let you know via whatsapp and email when the statue is nearing completion and you will then receive an invoice for the final payment (full payment – deposit).

*Note* The deposit is also part of the payment during production, no matter you pay the rest or not, the studio will make the statue for you, so the deposit is generally non-refundable.

Deposits are refundable under certain circumstances:
Pre-order quantities that do not meet the minimum production quantity, in which case we will email you a full refund.
Studios take money and disappear, unfortunately for some new studios this rarely happens. But in this case, we will compensate your loss and give you a full refund.

“Full payment” means you pay the statue at full price, i.e. skip paying the rest of the payment process. But when you pay the full amount and later decide not to buy the statue, only the remaining amount (full payment – deposit) will be refunded.

  • Full payment is fully refundable under certain circumstances:Pre-order quantities that do not meet the minimum production quantity, in which case we will email you a full refund.
  • Studios take money and disappear, unfortunately for some new studios this rarely happens. But in this case, we will compensate your loss and give you a full refund.

When you pre-order a statue, all you have to do now is wait for it to be produced and receive a shipping invoice later. After this, you will be given a tracking number and wait for the statue to come to your home.


Why do freight charges have to be paid later?

The prices of products on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be assessed based on the box size and weight of the product you order. When your order is placed, the product has not yet arrived at our warehouse, so we are unable to provide you with an accurate shipping cost. But don’t worry, I will give you a preliminary estimate of the shipping cost, but it is just a more or less estimate; finally, we will provide you with quotes for multiple shipping methods (including air/land/sea) for you to choose from.


Special instructions for final payment and freight:

The final payment for all products will be collected and submitted by DyzGK on behalf of the studio, and the studio will confirm the validity of the order based on whether the balance payment is made up;
After receiving the notice from the studio to pay the final payment, DyzGK’s assistant will immediately contact the customer through various methods such as WhatsApp or email and remind the customer at least three times within 30 days;
If the customer refuses to reply to any message within 30 days, we will regard it as losing contact. DyzGK will retain the right to dispose of this pre-order and will not be able to refund the deposit that has been submitted to the studio!

The freight for all products is paid by DyzGK to the logistics provider on behalf of the customer. Only after the customer selects the transportation channel and pays the freight, can we arrange the corresponding logistics provider for transportation;
After the product arrives at the warehouse, the DyzGK assistant will immediately provide the shipping bill to the customer via WhatsApp or email and remind the customer at least three times within 30 days. The customer should negotiate with the DyzGK assistant about the transportation method and time;
If the customer refuses to reply to any message within 30 days and does not clearly inform DyzGK whether the shipment needs to be delayed, we will regard it as losing contact. DyzGK will retain the right to dispose of this pre-order and will not be able to refund the deposit and balance payment that have been submitted to the studio!
